个人简介

肖德志,博士,东莞市特色人才(三类),广东海外博后。主要从事等离子体放电物理、装备以及工艺研究,半导体装备与集成电路工艺的开发如等离子体刻蚀、沉积与PVD镀膜的等离子体放电物理与工艺的研究开发,以及装备的设计开发等。在《Small》、《Journal of Applied physics》、《Vacuum》等国际著名期刊发表研究论文二十余篇,H因子17。主持国家自然科学基金,广东省基金,博后面上与国家重点实验室开放课题等项目。担任《Vacuum》、《iScience》等SCI期刊审稿人。
